  • HOW DO I PURCHASE A PAINTING I LIKE?
    To purchase paintings, simply click "Purchase" on the main toolbar at the top of the page. Once you select the painting you wish to purchase, click the button "add to cart" below the image. The painting will be in your cart until you're ready to proceed with payment.
  • CAN I COMMISSION ARTWORK?
    Commissioned works are available on an individual basis. If you're interested in buying a piece, but can't find exactly what you desire on the website, please contact us through the "Get in Touch" page. Please include specific details of what you are looking for i.e. - subject, size, colors, etc. in your inquiry and we will get back to you with a quote in a timely manner.
  • DO THE PAINTINGS INCLUDE FRAMING?
    No, pieces do not include framing. Some pieces are painted on wood panels and include hooks for hanging, while others come on unstretched canvas.
  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
    Shipping through the website is currently limited to destinations within the continental USA. For shipping inquiries beyond the United States or local pickup in New Orleans, please contact us through the "Get in Touch" page.
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
    Shipping costs are added at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the piece.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ARTWORK TO ARRIVE?
    We aim to have all artwork delivered within 2-3 weeks of purchase, depending on your location. All orders will include a tracking number to safely track your piece along the way.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
    We make sure to package all of our pieces carefully, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that accidents won't happen along the way. If your piece arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. The buyer will be responsible for tracked return shipping. Upon safe receipt of the piece, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund of the artwork, shipping and return shipping costs.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    1. Returns are only accepted for pieces that arrive damaged. In this instance, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund. The buyer will be responsible for providing tracked return shipping. Full refund of the artwork, shipping costs and return shipping will be issued upon safe receipt of the piece. 2. No exchanges allowed.
  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as payment through PayPal. To create a PayPal account, please visit the PayPal Homepage.
